39, Avenue Georges V, Paris 8th Arrondisement

May 27

From far, these "melting" windows and balconies are quite impressive and look surreal. Printed on sheets and assembled on boards. Behind these boards, hides the rehabilitation work of a 6-storey building.

When I first saw it, I thought it was a "trick the eye" (trompe l'oeil) painted mural. What a shame, these boards will be removed when the renovation works are completed. It is quite an attraction as I saw many people/tourists, photographing this piece of art.
